Saginaw ISD Early Head Start will have a Home Visitor come to your home once a week to provide a 90 minute culturally competent, child development focused home visit including parent and child activities to support your role as the child’s first teacher. ​

eligibility

  • Must reside in the City of Saginaw and surrounding areas
  • Available to expectant mothers and families with children birth to three years old that meet Federal Income Guidelines or other qualifying factors (Foster Care, Homeless)
  • Services provided prenatal through three years of age
