Michigan Adolescent Pregnancy and Parenting Program (MI-APPP) services pregnant and parenting teens 21 years of age or under and their positive support persons. There are four main areas of focus in the MI-APPP program: Family Wellness, Adult Connectedness, Educational Success and Maternal and Infant Health. 

eligibility

  • Must reside in Saginaw County
  • Available to any pregnant and/or parenting  teen 21 years of age or younger
  • Service the family until the parent turns 22 years of age
