Nurturing Parenting families receive home visits  personalized to family needs, free diapers and other  incentives, hand screenings to make sure the child is  developing on track. Along with guidance in helping  them learn necessary skills and help with building  stronger family attachment and bonds.

eligibility

  • Must reside in Saginaw County
  • Available to any parent (teen or adult) within  Saginaw County with a child or children under the  age of 5. (No financial, insurance or other eligibility  requirements apply)
  • Services for prenatal through five years old
