What is CCEP?

It is a free statewide consultation program that helps families and child care providers support infant and toddler social, emotional and behavioral health.

Who is Eligible for CCEP?

Child care providers who are licensed,
registered or enrolled with the Department
of Human Services (DHS), AND

Care for children birth up to 36 months
who are receiving or eligible to receive
the DHS child care subsidy.


What Services Does CCEP Provide?

Free help by phone or e-mail. Consultants
are available to answer questions about infant
and toddler behavior.

Free on-site consultation to develop and implement
strategies to help infants and toddlers with
challenging behavior.

Free regular get-togethers for DHS-enrolled
relative care providers and day care aides to share
ideas about child behavior and development.
