Through the collaborative efforts of the Great Start Collaborative and Project LAUNCH, an Authorization to Share Information form was created that is compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) and IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act).
